If they had said to Sosas at the begining that they were sorry they couldnt supply her then I could see their point. However, telling her she could get the plants and then not deliver them without a phone call! Then so send the e-mail rather than phone her and explain why the change of heart.

What if Sosas had already accounted for some of those plants after being told she could get them??
