Hi was wondering if anyone with more experience than me can I am just in my first own shop, worked for lots of other florists, but now in my own venture, anyway I have a few wedding bookings and that is fine but yesterday I had an enquiry for a valentines wedding next year and I feel really cautious about giving her a cost, I have said that Prices are unpredictable at that time of year- it is the first valentines wedding I have had to cost for. She is a really nice girl and you know when you get a good feeling about a client, she doesn't seem like a time waster! She would like Callas and Gerberas, can anyone give me any advice on costing this, do not want to price myself out of the market- but don't want to be at a loss either!!!!
can anyone suggest covering a price for this time of year and also wording in her quote to cover myself if prices become sky high!!!
