She will find it very difficult to find a florist to do her wedding on valentines day so i wouldnt worry about overpricing it. I wouldnt take one for VD because i am already overstreached for time on that week and could do without the extra stress. Basically if you decide to do it then remember to take into consideration that the time you will spend just making her wedding bouquet you could have made a couple of hundred just for wrapping cut roses.
