with it taking a few days to prep for val day anyway, taking on a wedding is a lot of a mission...you can expect ypur bfeet to not touch the ground for atleast 48 hours.....i think unless i could employ extra staff i would give it a miss......my advice.....charge at least double what you would have normally charged, and dont forget the delivery of the wedding flowers is going to have great impact on delivering those dozen red rose bouquets so id cost gratly for delivery too.....just to be on the safe side
