Very well said alby, I totally agree. It's all very well moaning and whinging but you do have to do something about it. It's survival of the fittest, you have to adapt and differentiate yourself.
In a weird sort of way I think it's a good thing, we need something to shake up the industry and get rid of the dead wood.
