It would also be worth getting in touch with the Society of Floristry...they even do courses to be a floristry 'Judge' at competitons, so am sure they may be able to help you.

The difficulty with doing a PGCE (Teaching Qual) is that dependant on if you have a degree, is dependant on where you get your hours to complete the course as a certain amount of on the job work experiece is required.

Try ringing local universities and colleges to find out about teaching a 'design based' subject. Art and Design teachers have the luxurey that there is academic content in their subjects...with floristry it's a bit more difficult. Hope this helps!!
