Sorry, am i missing something here?.... TF AND IF members are part of a Relay Service and we pay for the privelege !! WHY, Should a NON-MEMBER have access to the design books?... I know that all the designs are pretty basic, and all florists can make them, but not only do i think there is copyright rules involved, but thats like me coming into your shop and asking to take out your design book, because i want to copy a design !! Am i mis- understanding your thread, coz i cant believe what you are asking ?
