steve there are loads of thread on funeral directors, have a little look around but basically its really difficult (for me anyway). Just a little tip, if you want to ask a question, start a new thread in the appropriate section and then you will get more people looking and giving you help. For eg click on the florist shop and then start new thread. Hope this helps
