i too had a similar experience, we have a college close by, so any student using us, we help, big time.!! When they are choosing their flowers for whatever, we suggest, help, whatever. On this occasion,I personally helped this particular 'student'. About a year later,she had a billboard outside her house ,advertising her business. I phoned the rates people,mainly because I did not think it was fair,only to be told, she was ok to trade from her house, so I told them I was going to turn my shop into a living space after 20 odd yyears of paying business rates.
