Arrow Risk Assessment

Hiya Guys!

It's assignment time again! (queue the broadway intro music)...

I have to produce a risk assessment for a fictitious florists. I have business training and can engage common sense, but I don't work in a florists so don't know about the daily hazards.

So I am asking, please can people suggest:

1. A Hazard
2. Who's at Risk
3. Precautions in place to reduce/prevent risk
4. Any further steps you would take

I am expecting a list including hazards such as bridezilla's, m-i-l, stressed valentine's staff, furious supermarket-compared florists etc...

Thanks in advance ladies, gentlemen and undecided.
