It's when people pull up the flowers to look at them and then leave them sitting up in the air..out of water.

yes def! doesn't it just wind you up when you go outside and all the celophane is everywhere!
Only last week we had a group of school kids walked past our shop, and decided that they thought it would be a laugh to knock over a handtied. How irresponsible are children these days,they have no respect for other people's property. I'm sure i wasn't like that at there age!!!!!
