The only name that puts me off is Ltd. companies. most florists arent Ltd companies but there are a few about, theres one in Glasgow for instance. I dont really know why that puts me off, I think its cause it sounds like a factory  |
Didn't LTD get tax benefits in the past- also think if it goes tits up you're not personally liable eg don't lose house etc?
