Nice to know I am not alone . I have until August bank weekend but am staring to think of busness cards ads leaflets etc . Checking out the suppliers and making endless lists ! I can't quite get my head around just how much to stock for my first week as I am starting from scratch I am sure I will end up having to throw out most of it but hey thats the business we are in ,we are working with perishable goods. I have dreams of me in the shop surrounded by all this stock and no one coming into the shop and the plants are taking over !!!!But then I think that I could be in some mind numbing job overworked and undervalued and helping someone else get rich . I do not expect to get rich but at least what I have is mine and I can organise it how I want . Gosh I sound like I know what I am talking about.I iwll also have the support of my other half ,he is more up for this venture than I am .
