At busy times i could tell you what order was in which delivery vehicle. Who ordered what, how much etc. What time so and so is coming in to collect, whats been delivered, whats next to be delivered. All this whilst organising everyone helping in the shop, and doing all the baskets, arrangements, aquas, baskets..everything except the flat bq's ( sis and sat lass do them ).
