I'd always worked in a gift shop so knew I would like to have my own. I started looking for a shop half way through my first year at college and only completed on something ten weeks ago. It has been very hard work and I wasted a huge amount of money trying to buy a commercial premises but really that got me where I am now, I learnt a huge amount and I totally love what I am doing now. I do work six days a week (sometimes seven) and do everything myself but its no hardship at all. And I get two days off this week. What a treat!
