Thanks for your replies. I do an end of day print off everyday so don't think its that. I know whats going to happen though, the engineer will come out and tell me its the phone line thats the problem after I've given them grief for 11 weeks! I hate all this technology stuff. its all ok when it works but i lose the plot when it breaks cos I can't fix it myself and the IT bods assume everyone has the same knowledge as them and treat you like a div!
