we had a prob with a client today...
so please help out..

what would you charge for the following...

a foam based arrangement set in a oasis black plastic cylinder vase
including following flowers.

3. aspidistra
3. hosta
6. mini gerbera
2. leucedendran (i think right spelling - pincushion protea)
2. anthurium
3. sirroco roses
sticks.. with oasis foam squares stuck on them.
sisal to fill up.
wire to wrap around cello when wrapping and included in the arrangement

anyways client paid for it £45 and came to pick it up.. made such a fuss.. i had to add in more flowers.
were we overcharging her?
