It' such a straight forward design i really cant see the point in buying a prepared base.. As long as you scale it right it should look fine. I suggested eryngium cos it covers the 'scots thistle' thing and they love that. Admittedly it wouldn't look 'pretty' as such but if it was for a man, may well be acceptable.
