When my previous boss decided to relocate she checked what was available then at different times on different days parked her car near premises and checked out footfall/traffic and costs within her budget it certainly worked for her as only 1 outlet proved suitable for her budget and turned out to be an excellent move as area had fairly good footfall/traffic and unknown to her at that time a lot of improvements were on the cards for the area and it turned into a brilliant move and business built up very quickly.
