Thanks for your reply I was costing with new employer as we had with my previous employer who I was with for 17 years and our customers returned time and sagain so our prices can't have been bad my colleague has worked in floristry for 7 months and has no training but is agreat worker and does have a real flair feel sometimes all the money I have spent on traing has been wasted sometimes when she talks to me as if I have 2 heads and am a child does'nt believe in charging a customer make up for any product so we are both charging different prices boss wants make up charges but finding it hard to cinvince her thus buttonhole price query??
