Hi Elouise,
Lucky you! I'm thinking about it, they just sent me the new guides, I Don't want them or didn't ask for them. Phoned them this morning but they say i MUST! have them. I have nothing from head office apart from orders they can't satisfy elsewhere! and they still want my money!!!!!

they sent me a letter last week with a direct debit mandate form in it for the new guides, even though i leave tomorrow.

It said if they didnt receive my signed form by fax to authorise them to debit the money for the guides by last friday, then they would debit my account anyway.

Just let them try it

Flowers Direct took money from my account and i hadn't even signed a direct debit mandate with them, i had already cancelled direct debit with flowergram, i rang my bank in a wild mood, and they quickly reimbursed me, BLOODY CHEEK! who do these people think they are!
