i would just like to say i have spent 2 hours 5 hours and more speaking to the relatives of a lost one i go to their homes and i also do this for weddings and all for free i have a shop and i will go out of my way for my customers just wanted to add this point

This is what i call good customer service
unfortuantly not many people offer this now, we do, and i think this is why we have a good reputation, as you must have potty.
A florist near to us refused to write a customers card last year for her sisters funeral, the lady asked for her money back, and came 2 us, then we got nearly all the family tributes came to a lot of ££££££££££, since then they always come to us.

I think nowadays people appreciate good ole fashioned service, in this hustle,bustle world it is nice to know there are still people who take a pride in their service and will go that extra mile to provide it. As far as im aware the local florists dont offer what you are do Potty & Lavender Blue, good for you.

Good point, and that could be our strength when facing all the competition from Supermarkets and Internet shopping. We will go out of our way to find time to give the customer personal service. I am happy for either brides or families organizing funeral flowers to come into the shop when it is closed so that I can give them my full attention. If this isn't convienient for them I am happy to go and see them in their own homes. We have to go that extra mile if we are to stay in business. welcome to the site Moneypenny, look forward to chatting to you.
