Have always had a interest in flowers and plants but only artificial (many years ago had an interior landscaping business) Recently did a course with fresh flowers and loved it. Hopefully will have a wedding to do later this year.

I now run and own a Paint your own Pottery Studio with my 18 year old daughter, and am thinking of combining the two. People can paint there own pots and vases and then I can arrange the flowers/plants in them. We also make unusual ceramic gifts, some based on a Victorian theme. If anyone is interested in stocking some in their shop please let me know.

hi reynard, and welcome to the forum, we dont sell a lot of pottery stuff but thats an interesting idea you have.....making the pots then filling them......I know its a bit morbid but maybe a line of grave pots would go down well? I can see people wanting to do that for a loved one, putting something that they have made, makes it more personal. anyway you've probably already thought of that or maybe your pots arent suitable for outdoors, in which case I am just talking a load of twaddle.......nothing new there

It sounds like you have a good business going on. I do like the idea of filling the pots with flowers.

Would love to take some but I think I am a little far away here in Wales for them to arrive all in one piece!!

As I am new to this site too all I can say at this moment is that everyone seems very friendly and helpful.

i am after big cups and saucers actually to plant stuff in, do you do these?
