Yes I have had my fare share,
Here's one for the record,we had a bride who said "NO" at the alter this week,how about that then ! What a waste of my good work,and time, She could have told him before hand and someone else could have had the prime time spot! .They travelled up together in the same car, Everyone was fussing over her ,i rescued the poor groom,poor soul he did'nt know what had hit him. he certainly never seen it coming ! I did notice though she drove off with the Grooms brother !!!

Plastic fantastic - not suitable for upgrade.

Brides are paid around 9.000 to marry an illegal immigrant, our registrars are brilliant at spotting them,(no body language between them!so they say) they have to be half way through the ceremony (this is to make sure they intended to go through with it,) how do we know when there has been one caught or about to be ! All hell lets loose (police have been told,they wait ,often in plain clothes,we know when to say hello to these boys and when no to ! ) then just at the moment when the bride or groom is about to say "i do", in go the police, believe me know one can escape from the building ,then we see them getting loaded into vehicles and taken to the police station,last year we had a coach load of supposed relatives,as soon as the police were out of the building,they all ran up the street,the poor coach driver was taken away and interviewed by police and it turned out he was the only truly inoccent one.what heppened to the rest i haven't a clue, they never returned to see if the coach was still there anyway, I think i am in the wrong job!

as i said i could write a book ! no problem, i have heard everything over the years,between mums hat getting shut in the boot and dad swearing blind he was'nt the guilty party, and me having to fix anything from hat,to cakes, to undoing and remaking flowers up that have gone over, or the ones held together with sellotape and they swear blind it was a florists work.! aren't you glad you have a "normal" life. me i think i should emigrate !

I used to watch 'Gretna Green' a series about the weddings on tv, were you ever featured?

Do you get brides turning up on the day and asking for flowers? I bet you do!

Bet loads think their local florist can do them and they'll transport them 30,000,000 miles to the destination!
