my daughter has asked me to register on this site as she is unable to. she registered as kingfisher a couple of weeks ago but then the next day there was that problem with the server and her account was wiped out, she then decided to register again but never recieved the activation email. she then decided to register using her husbands email adress to see if that helped but still did not recieve the email. earlier on today she created herself another email adress to see if she could register using that, she recieved the activation email but when she clicked on it there was a message saying she was banned for activating 2 accounts and the ban would never be lifted!
can anyone help or point me in a direction of help? she really would like to use this website and is currently opening her new shop and is in need of advice. p.s nobody replied to her emails either xx

We have tried to contact her using the private message function on here, but it wasn't set up.

Her original account 'kingfisher' should be working, but I am sure admin will check it when he's next online.
