Definately agree with ann in regards to websites.
Most of my business now comes through my sites.
Dont sell much through the shop as all bouquets are made to each customers spec.
Best one was a couple of weeks ago.
Girl ordered pink lily bouquet,by name, but wanted all in creams, more ivy, slightly longer etc.
Emailed all the photos, got approval, sent it off and got message back

Absolutely over moon, and so glad you didn't use lilies, cos I hate them.
