I know celticlass. it's ok if you are in a trendy shop in city centre but when you are a country florist with lots of "older" customers then you have to give the customers what they want.........or go out of business. That doesn't mean my display items have to remain in the last century. I let people see what they could have, then it's up to them.

It was my mums birthday yesterday and my mum came home from work with a gorgeous handtied. It was from the shop where i used to work until it was sold, so i was very impressed until i saw the bow.I cant lie and say we never used poly ribbon, we did but i would make a decent bow with it. This HT was all white with callas, oriental lillies, bamboo etc, gorgeous but the had made a small bow from poly ribbon and it had one loop on either side.If a junior had made it you would of smiled at them and then thrown it away when they werent looking.

Oh hi to everyone, Ive not been on here for so long I thought they might of closed my account.
