Hi Ian I did a few wedding fayres at previous shops, I've not had time at my shop yet I'm hoping to do some in the new year. Even though doing one colour scheme theme looks lovely I find that some brides can't see past the colour if its not anything like their own theme. So I tend do you a few different colour ways that complement each other.

Thanks for the comments guys.
I have done two wedding fairs at my local hotel in October last year and March of this and got 26 orders from them in total and also the hotel has asked me to all their flowers. It was great, I have seen the bookings for the hotel for 2008 and they are up in the 60's already and 34 civil's booked too. Obviously not all requesting flowers but I got an additional 15 orderes from the hotel. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Ian |

I popped along to a local wedding fair today - only 1 florist there and she was overrun with people; sounds like its worth doing.
