Hi I have said I will do a 4 ft broken heart and it looks like they dont make them that big. Is my only option to get a design sheet and cut it myself and do they come that big ???

Think I would do it on a huge designer board, make the shape on it and fill in the background with green, no cutting required... unless you have a jig saw like treen for doing intricate shapes

Could you make it out of straw and moss? Like a wreath?

Use a thick wire for the initial shape and then bind with straw and then moss. Of course all the flowers would have to be wired, unless they want jsut foliage...not likely.

Scrap that idea!

Problem with that is to make it 4ft it would have be about 3ft by 4ft and i dont think they make a board that size......... arent they about 2.5 ft wide ? which would mean u would have to reduce the size accordingly.

You're going to split it anyway so just cut the two halves from the 2 boards. This gives you an overall dimension of 4' x 4' which is fine for a 4' heart

Val Spicer do a 3ft by 4ft "floraboard" or Smithers largest design sheet is 4ft by 2ft.
Do they want the heart for the coffin top?
If so it may be better to do an elongated heart on the 4 x 2 sheet. If you PM me your email I'll send you a scaled shape as a Word document ...... you should be able to just print that out and cut it from the board or as someone else said you could keep the board as a whole and give it a foliage background.

I did have some pics of something like this but I've just been through all my images and can't find it ....... I'll have a look on my hard drive a bit later.
