Not quite the same granted, but we also have a window comp. Ours is to celebrate two anniversaries. One our town clock celebrates its 150th anniversary and the other is the 60th anniversary of the NHS. (Long story - Aneurin Bevan - MP and founder of NHS) was born in Tredegar and took the idea from the ironworkers who paid in money to a central surgery so that the doctors could give medical assistance "free".)

Have had one or two ideas on the NHS theme - hospital bed with flowers by the bedside (contentious as hospitals around here don't allow them now!). But can't think of anything for the Clock!!!!

The Wizard of Oz sounds like a great idea.

Thats a great window tulips, thanks for putting it on the gallery, I love the big picture of maralyn monroe, do you think I'd be able to print out a big picture from my computer a bit like that, not as good obviously but kinda life size like that?

How about going and asking for old promotions posters from the video shop??
You could then hang them from ceiling or cut them up and frame them in some cheapo photo frames.
