hummm sometimes its hard to make ones self understud
so, i use cocktail sticks to help support the flower stem, para it to the sides and then add your glue.. not over the stem end as it will seal it and then floppage.....! also the stick helps with swellage and grips more and also helps with keeping the flower item to take water (or so they say) like the old cowi pick!
aaaaar i need to draw... do you get it jake? hope you do

Think so! Glue stick to side of stem and insert. That right? It help it stay in place. I knew not to glue over end due to floppage! Thanks for the tips!

LoL! Please don't stop. I soak it up like a sponge. Got it, at last. It's a shame admin didn't add a drawing tool with the renovations, it would be tres useful!

Jaken The wire came out the back of the foam and I pushed it over one of the caging pieces to hold it in place.

This is how we do it, only do soak your oasis properly - half dry and it will be all crumbly. You can also twist 2 ends of wire from diff. stems together over the bars of the cage. Using this method all the flowers should stay in no worries. This is what I did for my wifes bqt and the only flowers that came out were the last few where I had had enough (this is after 3hrs of messing around with it) and just shoved them in! It was a v. large bqt, wish I had some photo's to share, need to organise that.
