I tend not to. However, if they ask for a sheaf I usually persuade them to have a spray with the stems instead.

Yeah I still find some customers stuck on this old fashioned idea of a sheaf - I let them call it a shaef but I really do a flat backed hand-tied bouquet - then it's easy to put a bow on and no need to bother with cello, or sometimes I just have some cello at the back

Don't Flo and Todd, it has started me laughing all over again. Worst thing was I was expecting another family in to look at funeral flowers, and only just got myself together in time!
