crystals on roses
I am doing a wedding where the bride wants crystals placed on the top of her bouquet of roses. Need some recommendations on how/what to use to attach them to fresh roses w/ out causing wilting/browning of petals. Any ideas/suggestions?

hello dawn and welcome . we have just had a wedding this w/e and we used the crystal headed pins placed into the centre of the roses(if thats wot your bride is looking for) or there are crystals on wire that can be wound around the top of the flowers or there are stick on crystals available in craft shops but cant be sure how well they would stick to the flowers. hope that helps you

How about Oasis Floral Adhesive?
Have any of you tried the Floral Adhesives? Looks like they should work w/o making brown areas. Interested in your experiences with it.

I wouldn't use floral adhesive I would use any of redhead's suggestions. Floral adhesive is very good in that it is VERY adhesive - but I hate it! It has a life of its own and covers everything within reach in sticky goo and oozes out of the tube uncontrollably!
Having said all that it is brilliant for sticking flowers on decorative wire/headbands etc.

not sure how you would do this unless it was a crytal pin in head???? is that what you mean? i once placed small teardrop crytals on a calla bq and i got those from hobbie craft, they were self adhesive???
