i cover boxes with tissue or paper as well, if i have a lot of button holes i will use a mini gerbera box, if there are only a few button holes i will use the little box with holes in that the gerbera come in, perfect size if you only have a few

Hi there, bridal specific boxes can be very expensive and in my experience the bride does not normally want to pay for them. We make our own boxes with tissue paper and bows!

I do what everyone else does except I only attach the cello to one side so that it is only over the flowers when we take it out of the vehicle to deliver it. The other shops in the courtyard daren’t throw a box away without seeing if I need it first, as I have been known before now to hang around their delivery vans with a tape measure!

hey guys,
seems like everyone dose the same, recyle the ol' boxes- save the planet man tend to cover b/hs ect with cello after sprayin to keep moisture in, for bridal make a crosss shape with knife so bq stands up on journey. if a big wedding or regular customer tend to put on a good luck messsage on a card as a simple but effective gesture. |

Boxing wedding flowers
I have found that if you are delivering a hand tied brides bouquet, the aqua pack boxes lined with tissue work really well. We use flower boxes covered in shop paper, with a hole cut in for the handle of shower bouquets. But my latest discovery is cake boxes. They are white, clean and very cheap if you shop around. I can easily get four bridesmaids posies in one box. Make the box up, put the lid on, and cut crosses in the top, shove the stem of the bouquet in and hey presto! Cake boxes with cellophane lids are perfect for corsages and buttonholes too.
