Hi all, been surfing again....try www.myweddingflowerideas.co.uk, It has some lovely photos and if you click on the pic it mostly leads you to the florist that made it and their website. A good/interesting site for all but very good for students too. Enjoy

Excellent site, lots of good ideas. Bit biased to David Austin roses on the bouquet section though - anyone used them for a wedding? My heart sinks when brides come in wanting them, I think they are pretty poor value for money for their size and vase life, have had the same feedback from customers who have had mail order gift bouquets off them. The minimum order stem count makes them hard to use too - not many brides round our way will pay those sort of prices for their table centres and they are virtually impossible to sell in the shop so if she just wants them for her bouquet, what do you do with the other 50 odd stems???

It was 80 but I think they have reduced it to maybe 50 or 60 now. They will supply direct to brides too though

I have had some success in selling Sweet Avalanche to brides wanting that english country garden look. I have made it our wedding rose of the year actually, I just love it!

I think David Austin's flowers are sooo gorgeous. If I was getting married this year I'd almost certainly want them. I just hope their not out of fashion by the time my boyfriend asks me!
