She weighs 6 stone but she still looks slim. She will be two next month. She is as daft as a brush. The more you fuss her the more attention she wants. As a breader told us you would not leave a baby alone anywhere so why would you leave a dog. We try to take her everywhere with us. The wife would like a boy but I've put my foot down.

We are very Quite in cloudy Dorset, the only phone calls I have had is people trying to get me to change lecky, gas,(have not got gas) and phone line, they really do my head in. I once had a phone call to see if i wanted a fitted kitchen!!!!!!

My boys about three now. I have to say he's as happy at home as he is with me at work. My O/h works from home alot and says he doesn't see him all day! As mines a rescue he has to be looked after at home which is fun when we go on holiday (all a bit traumatic going back to kennels) They really are great company aren't they.

I wish I could take my cats to work with me .

They say, 'can I speak to the owner of the business' and you just say 'No' and leave it at that. Proper confuses them. If they persist you just say owners not in. You can just tell if its a sales call.

That reminds me of a programme coming up on tv. I think its called the power of Yes. Basically its a comedian (Danny Wallace) who decides he's going to say yes to everything for a month/year (can't remember). Saw him interviewed and he told the story of a double glazing company ringing him up asking him if he's interested in double glazing so he says yes. They then ask for an appointment, again he says yes! They're a bit shocked and carry on with their patter he then thinks he ought to tell em he's already got double-glazing which he does - they ask are you taking the p*ss - he says yes!

Must be worse in business getting these calls - you can't just not answer the phone

I saw that! Very funny. You get used to the calls and can sniff em out a mile off. I've been so obnoxious to one he told me off!! I know they are only doing a job but if i want something i go buy it. Simple as that.

I did that to a double glazing company. They kept ringing and ringing everyday. In the end i said yes to them. They came down and i sat there for two hours wasting there time. In the end i told them i was not interested. The guy was well pissed off. I told him that the next time his company ring i would do the same again. Never heard from the again. My Dad came round the day it happened. He gave me such a rollocking for wasting peoples time. Sometimes you can't win.

They do my head in at home - I just pretend that I'm renting and they soon hang up when they know I'm not gonna be buying a kitchen etc

If I had a shop and these buggers were ringing up all day, I'd pretend to be the junior and that the owner was out! Agree that if I want something I go buy it.
