Hi
I would really appreciate some ideas on what you look for in staff - I wanted a career change and completed a two year part time city and guilds in floristry.
Now im stuck as most advertised positions want shop experience which I dont have and I feel like im going to forget everything ive done if I dont put it into practice soon - why dont shops seem keen on older (when i say older im not yet 30!!) part time trained florists, am I still not trained enough?
I would appreciate some help or I may have to.......................................oh no ........................work from home!!!!!!
I gather that is a cardinal sin from other posts i have read!
