Some advice needed please
OK so iam opening the shop mid oct/nov time. i am going to be taking on an experienced florist (to fill the gaps in my expertise).
Although i have worked in a florist for 3 years it has been part part time and the money was just decided between me and the owner.

what would be the going rate for an experienced florist if you please
