Im just wondering if anyone worked at the interflora shop in the commonwealth village when they were on in manchester. I did and I loved the experience.Just wanted to know if anyone has any photos as I didnt get chance to take any.The shop I worked at also made the winners bouquets, we must of made about 300 at least.Any one else involved?

went to all of them, oldham, ashton, and openshaw. mostly at oldham and ashton tho.

i worked in a shop in withington and we made quite alot of the winners bouquets as well, my boss and also helped with some of the function room arrangements, didnt have time to take any photos tho, in facti dont even think we thought of taking any, wish we had now

I know, I think digital cameras were very new and expensive then so people probly didnt think of taking a camera, where as now its second nature to grab your camera and snap away, as youve got all the memory that old cameras didnt.
