I hate it when a customer has forgotten someones birthday. "Please deliver it now and could you just say that it should have been delivered yesterday but you forgot?" Emmmmmm NO!

We had one last xmas both hands in pockets, we panicked because it looked like he might have gun or some other toolone girl grabbed him and got him out I locked both him and her out and we called the police his tool was 2 bottles of wine cops brought him back to apolgise but he never left the area all night lay down on the road in front of cars tortured people the cops kept coming back lifting him and then letting him go again don't think they wanted to be bothered with the paperwork he was still mooching around at 2am when we finished for the night. Should add my colleague wasn't to pleased at me locking her out but we have a laugh now.
