my Rose system has stopped working have turned it off and on again etc and obviously my router is wstill working cos I'm on here...anyone else got a prob with it??

that's a yes then...the service desk has put an automated message on saying yes its broke, keep trying every 15 mins and phone throuhg any orders...oh joy!!

Its a saturday too so you'll get the saturday girl who doesn't even know which way round to hold her pen

Hahahahahahahaha funny funny, I'm at home today, just had a call from the shop, panicked, 'the till is broken, it says no video input'. Soothing words, uttered, turns out she meant the IF computer, I talked her thru finding the 'ON' switch and pressing it .

It's all you own fault Rosa my dear, employees need guidance. I have the best system - you take message cards and write some soothing words on them like "The Computer", "The Phone", "the order book" and then you put them on the appropriate items. You'll have no need to write the name on the kettle ........... they strangely gravitiate to that without any problem
of course if you really want to challenge your staff - put them on the wrong items and see how long it takes them to realise

yes bloody ROSE the bitch had a strop on!! And whats the betting that monday morning there will be orders sitting there that should have gone today!! Well they better not blame me. Ohhh nooo,,there I was sitting by my terminal waiting for those precious orders to flood in...was I bob!! I closed at 3pm and legged it!! Freedom!!!!! Sorry if any of you did put anything on there..you can have it monday!Folks shouldn't leave it so late.

Don't usually skive off,,don't think bad of me,,but town was deader than dead and everything was done and I'd had a very long busy week and I was tired and my foot hurt and I wanted to see my kids and there wasn't much left anyway,,,so there!
