Metz Deliveries
If any of you deal with Metz, I was wondering if any of you are experiencing late deliveries. We have had several late deliveries just lately. Is anyone else in the same boat.

We had a few late ones a couple of months ago Ellie said it was due to changes to the crossing times but things seem to have got back to normal until today delivery was quite late but chap was having trouble with his van

my deliveries usually arrive in the early hours of the morning but a couple of weeks ago i had a lot on so came in at 6.30am as i turned the corner i could see the Metz lorry outside the shop (he was late)-was quite looking forward to meeting the driver (hoping for a nice dutch hunk) as i got closer i could see the driver at the side of the lorry so i goes bouncing over MORNING i say well he was having a pee! i don't know who was more embarrased me or him.Needless to say i didn't shake his hand!!

No where not, women turn up just when you don't want them too. The story i got this morning was that the relief driver turned up in a van rather than a three tonner. So had to do extra trips. We didn't get our flowers until 11 am.

women would never just pee in the street, filthy...I would have got him to wash his hands debs before he touched my nice flowers as well

my flowers were late as well today not from metz but it messes your day up, mine didn't arrive till 10am!

Came in at 6.45 today expecting Metz delivery to be as usual still no sign of him. If he doesnt turn up soon he has no chance of getting parked outside, i am the last but one drop before he gets the boat at Harwich so hes probably going to miss that this morning aswell.Dont think he will be a happy Dutch man today some how.

I have spoken to the wife last night to have a word with Metz. I can understand the odd delay due to weather traffic etc, but my two shops are the last deliveries so while the shop is empty of flowers I'm not taking money in and then I'm having to pay extra wages for the girls to stay back. Frustrating to say the least.
