hi Sally,
the only gloves that may work are those thick rubber garden gloves. i can't work with gloves on,so by the end of christmas week my hands are like tea strainers!! The tops of my thumbs have already split-that won't heal now until after mothers day. Oh how I love my job! If ever I see a florist with nice clean hands and lovely nails, I always wonder how she does the job properly. |

My hands look like the Grinch, with little blood marks running down the side of each finger, glad I'm not the only attractive one out there, happy Christmas, sally

Could never work with any sort of gloves on, hence same story, cracks all over filled with the black stuff that wouldn't even come out with a jet-wash loaded with acid. Within 2 weeks of being here and not touching a flower....'baby's bottom'

Potty before you buy them look at the ARCO website. You can buy Kevlar gloves that laggers use in industry to stop cutting there hands. I have a pair at home and there not very thick. I've seen these at the weekend at the Glee show in Birmingham on Sunday. They look fantastic but the Kevalar ones are thinner and I don't think they cost as much as that. I've picked up Holly with mine and had no problems with them. Hope this is of help.

the only prblem i get with these gloves is the size and flexability of them my hands are really really tiny let me put it this way my 9 year olds are the same size now
scarey but what i hate about gloves is when your wiring into a frame and glove follws you and bloody hell your stuck to the bloody frame arrrrr so i think god its taking longer so don't bother with them and just moan through the xmas dinner on how soar my hands are![]() |

These Kevlar ones are a tight fit but they may still be a bit big for the size of your hands. They do come in sizes I'm sure they do. I'll have a look at mine at home and let you know. If it save you some money rather than buying the others. I must admit they are really good gloves.
