I spent sometime in a Florist in Hong Kong and they wrapped Round chocs in tissue and made a BQ with them --looked really great

Sorry pixie yes they made the choc look like a rose head and then attached bamboo sticks and finished it off as we would a handtied. all of the handtieds in Hong Kong are front facing.
