Good for you!! There have been some great Halloween pics in the gallery. Sosa’s window scares me What fun! And your customers may say 'what’s that for?' or 'ha, ha, you need to do some cleaning!' But they will remember it! It's all PR and free PR at that! What are you doing for Halloween? I am going to my daughter’s house to join in the fun and with any luck scare the Son in Law oooops he says I do that without makeup on Happy Halloween!

unfortunatley nobody 'does' anything for Halloween but our friends have become accustomed to our crazy parties! Last Saturday we had a Halloween bonfire serving green slime with vodky in it out of a big black cauldron! 95% of our friends came in a pirate costume...very original but atleast they dressed up! I can live with that cuz after the 1st cauldron was empty the pirates and bunnies and I (ghouly cat!) didn't give a hoot what anybody looked like! Always lots of fun and curiously our entire neighbourhood always show up! As far as Wednesday goes we are renting a bunch of old and scary dvds and I'm gonna stuff myself with the last of my Reeses Pieces Peanutbuttercups my mom sent me!

With you there- wait till they see my Christmas window - Eatons tack all the way. Did you have Eatons when you were there? The day after halloween up went the poinsettas - thousands of the things. For those not from Canada I should explain - Eatons is a bit like Debehams with about 6 floors in each store. Every available space (including along the escalators) were real poinsettas which were displayed from the 1st November to 26th December when poof! overnight they disappeared. Terrific!

Anyway the Dracula roses are so COOOOOL... really want to see if I can get some. But I bet they bite!!! (Thorny devils)

ahhh..Eatons! We pilgrimmed to Toronto every year to go to the Eatoncentre.....I always thought 'THIS is where Santa lives' cuz I couldn't imagine any place that hed more decorations and poinsettias than the Centre! Of course it helped my thesis that there was a REAL Santa on whose lap we could sit and either scream our heads off cuz we were scared or tell all our deepest desires to! Those designers don't let a few meagre dollars get in their way! but that was nothing compared to the experience I had in New York City a few yrs ago...Rockefellar Cntr...OMG! It was breath taking, but a little voice in the back of my head said - half the dollars spent here spent on the homeless walking around and there'd be a couple less hundred cold feet and empty stomachs. thats life I guess.
