Obviously don't need to as they charge so much and make so much money during the week can afford weekends off. I have found so many florists that I have visited where their customer care is non existant.

We always answer the phone immediately. A customer in the shop is already buying and you are missing a sale on the phone and most customers understand, when you answer the phone.

Regards phone`s no we don`t have an answer phone but if a customer is in the shop & on your own, which sometimes happens my staff are told to ask customer if they can just get the call especially at the point customer writing card so gives couple of seconds to deal with phone, ask phone caller if we can call them back in a minute as busy & take their number, so far always works.
