Me on the other hand agree with Alex, If u r selling your shop with a not so big T/o then the price should reflect that, u talking about stock. a shop with that t/o wont require much stock, Clients cant be toooo many of them to get excited about, Desirable location, obviously not for the business in mind "floristry", if you are thinking of closing the florist and start something else,,, Then why buy a florist, or any going concern, there are plenty of empty shops out there.
If there is a t/o on the lower end of the market then your profit is also gonna be smaller unless the previous owner was either Dipping their hand too much in the cash side

or not very good at the job in hand.
