Hi all,
Yep we are quiet too, so quiet we closed the shop today and went to SFE for a little jolly, ended up buying loads of bits so lots of carrier bags and 2 bay trees each in a 4ft box, try parking all that lot on the train in rush hour - what fun!! Gringo agree about the cold snap but interestingly our FD reckons that the heat is better for business - roll on global warming (only kidding - honest) Anyway got lots of ideas at SFE so will be trying them out to try and boost trade.

Very quiet, but a few funerals keeping us going at the mo.

It seems to be feast or famine, everything at once or nowt at all!

The incessant gales seemed to have stopped for just now, so thats good. Nobody wants to go out in that weather.

As we're just new it's difficult to know what to expect, but it is a seasonal trade and we knew January would be lean.

Same as here, quieter that usual, been checking my books from the same time as last year and it wasnt this bad, same as october and november last year were worse than the year before.

Hopefully a few more people will get paid at the end of the month and start spending it in my shop!
