I think you may have a job on you hands, I haven't seen living cards for years. You may find if you email or phone a few wholesalers, they may have some odd ones stored away somewhere.

the only other chance is if some of the wholesalers have any lying around don't really think any of the shops use them now if it is not for resale you could make one although the craft shops do have some really nice paper/card suitable for making one. Unfortunately the few we had were dumped last year due to non demand. Rach
