I don't know whether any of you have experienced this, but their is a guy going around ordering roses for valentines day, so he says. After the event, he is going into shops, creating such a scene, embarrasing the staff etc. and eventually getting a refund. It has been pointed out in the teleflorist magazine. He didn't really order the roses!! He always says he collected them, or took them from the front, so you have no recollection of an order. When you challenge him, he says he took them to london, then confronts you with the fact that he doesnt want to go to london to bring them back to show you they were bad stock . He caught me, if he comes intoyour shop, call the police. I'd love to wipe the smile off his face

Agree with you fly2hi my quote is 'I'm very sorry if you bring it back I will return it to my wholesaler for analysis and give you a replacement' they are taken aback and say no they were not that bad but I carry on and say any flowers we send out are fresh as as we get 3/4 fresh flower deliveries per week that shouldn't happen so you are helping us by allowing our wholesaler to do tests as we need credit from him this so stops them in their tracks last lady who was told this ended up apologising and saying the flowers were ok it was the colour she didn't like as it didn't go with her room but flowers delivered were as ordered and thought she could get colour she prefered by complaining. They will try anything. Rach
